Katie Weintraub comes to DC Strokes as a new competitive team coach. She rowed in college  as a member of George Mason University's women's program. She also has prior coaching experience with James Madison High School, Thompson Boat Center, and Oakton High School.

Mike Lindburg comes to DC Strokes as a new competitive team coach. He rowed in high school with Kent School in Connecticut and in college as a Princeton heavyweight. Mike also has trained the Leander Club in the UK and helped coach a high school program in Albany, NY.

Russell Topp is a returning Club team coach DC Strokes. He was previously a coxswain for George Mason University in college, and he also is currently a coach with Wakefield High School.

Tyler Pabst is a returning Club team coach DC Strokes. He was previously a Marist University heavyweight rower in college.
